Calzone Papa Bites were AMAZING the first time we ordered them. Second time grease leaked out of the box. Dried the grease off with paper towels and was able to sort of enjoy them. Gave them a third try. Better than the second time. I'll try them again, hoping to receive the yummy surprise I got the first time. Consistency.That's what we want.

Pickup customer service is horrible. I wasn't acknowledged until someone who seemed to be in training bothered to say anything to me, much less correct my order. Spend your money elsewhere.

Tonight I came and got a medium pepperoni pizza before work, and went to eat it in my car. I cannot tell you how nauseous I was by the 3rd piece, I was having to pull off so much cheese from this pizza. This is the only time I’ve ever had a bad experience with this papa John’s, I’m kinda disappointed because of it. I just wanted to say please be aware of how much cheese you put on the pizzas.

Absolute worse drivers to probably exist...Ordered a pizza with my physical address. Which happens to be an apartment complex that I work at. Instead of calling and asking if it was correct, they decided to go back to store and just say it was delivered...Worse service ever! Not to mention the little boy on the phone when I called. No degree needed for their job obviously!
