This poor diner needs some TLC! Really old and it shows. Benches are so old there's hardly any cush left, you feel like you're sitting on springs and wood. But the food was yummy and service was friendly. Although, when we were there, our waitress looked overwhelmed and our food took a long time.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Was not greeted when we walked in. The restaurant was filthy, the waiters clearly did not want to work here. Ordered 4 meals for 4 people, 2 meals came out, waited an extra 15 mins for the other 2 meals. Waffle burnt and waiter tried arguing that it was not burnt. She proceeded to talk about us to the kitchen and they made a huge deal out of it. Brought out burnt toast, so bad it was black. Then proceeded to talk about us in front of the restaurant. Absolutely unacceptable and uncalled for. One dad/son said, “we don’t think our food will ever come out.” They waited another 30 mins for their food to come out. Found out after we finished eating that this place is infested with ROACHES...DONT GO HERE!!!

Always satisfied with that one Pitt Grill restaurant. I would drive out of my way just to go to eat from this Pitt Grill. Very friendly and clean.
