Made a online order said it would be ready in 14 minutes. Walked in for the time they say and it was on point like a razor. Steaming hot like I like. Hands down good was very good ?. Keep up the good

They charged my debit card for 4 specialty pizzas only to call me after I placed the order online and tell me that they are unable to make the pizzas now because they are too busy. I asked for a refund....crickets....Now I am having to drive over to the store to get my refund issued. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ordering from this store on Derrick Drive... It is poorly managed and the service is horrible!

Very disappointed in the running of this business. I was making an order & was hung up by two different employees. One male & female if this is how your run a business then you need to close up shop & fire EVERYONE there for the rudeness,unprofessional atmosphere that they offer there. I do hope someone gets fired over this incident because I'm sure it isn't the first time nor the last if you have that crew working for you. Manager needs to be retrained in the customer service & food industry to show that they give a damn about a paying customer. If they're food is like there customer service than God help you. Very unsatisfied with that store & things need to be cleared out & retraining needed immediately!!

Terrible, I have ordered from the Ryan Street locations 3 times now and order was messed up ALL 3 times and the person answering the phone acted like he didn't even want to take an order, we got him twice. Won't order from them again.
I ordered and was in and out in no time! The actual manager was kind enough to bring our food out, order correct, food hot and then told me about all of the upcoming deals. Literally never had this kind of great service at any pizza hut! They have earned a new loyal customer! Thanks Guys! You really put Derek drive Pizza Hut back on my list!
