I've only been to this location on two occasions. The first time was a pleasant experience. Today, however, was not. I visited around 9AM this morning. No one was in the drive-thru and no customers were inside, either. I entered the business and didn't see anyone working out front. I stood at the counter and caught movement in my peripheral vision. A young lady was in the back looking at her phone. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, assuming that she was handling something important. I waited patiently while she looked at her phone. Another person entered the business and the young lady looked at her and said, "Three customers since you left." Then the other girl whispered that there was a customer up front. The young lady looked at me, came up, and asked if she could help me. I ordered my coffee, received it quickly, and the lady mumbled something about the window. I'm assuming she meant the drive-thru. The coffee was good and I would have completely let the long wait be ignored had the young lady simply apologized or, at the very least, acknowledged that she didn't see me. Instead, she said nothing. Another customer entered right after I received my order, and he was quickly assisted by the other employee. I think that I'll just stick to my usual, local, non-franchise coffee place next time.

I will not be going back to this one again. This last time my coffee was cold and didn't taste right and my sandwich was still frozen in the middle. So I went back in to have them fix it and it still wasn't right and warm. So I went back home to microwave my stuff up. Let's not talk about how slow this pj's is. Keep driving to the next one down the street. They are so much better.

Sat in drive through for 27 minutes with no one ahead of me. All vehicles behind me carefully reversed out of the drive through and gave up. This place is consistently slow, and I know this every time I come, and I am consistently disappointed with the service. It seems pretty obvious that there is no management ownership at this location.

Good coffee and food. Understaffed like crazy. Drive thru takes priority. I waited almost an hour inside for coffee while they took care of like 10 cars in the drive thru. The cars got there after I got there. Don’t waste your time and go to Starbucks.

Never Cheddar Tear

Seems to be reliably understaffed. Only one person working on a weekend. Took over 10 minutes to receive two granitas, not the employees fault. The baked goods in the case did not look very appetizing and it smelled more like fried food rather than a coffee shop. I would recommend heading down the street for your coffee if there are any cars in the drive thru.

Walking in, the location is very clean and friendly. I love the atmosphere here. Hands down 10/10. The prices of the coffee are your typical pricing. You are greeted with a sign to download the mobile app for a discount. The app is very easy to use.After ordering, I would suggest to let them know when you arrive. Even though the app does not state for you to check in, and it gives you a time for pick up. After 5 minutes after the pick up time, I finally said something. There was only one girl working. She was taking care of both the drive through AND inside. She did great for everything she was doing. The only complaint towards her I had was maybe checking in with us. She assumed we were just waiting for someone or something. However, being short staffed was not her fault. Maybe there’s another worker, but they weren’t present. So I felt bad. Customer service is a big deal for me. Definitely a make or break in my reviews.I may try this one more time. So I can give a clear straight review. As for the coffee, I got the cold brew wedding cake. It was delicious.

Came in and was greeted by an incredibly friendly young woman! She was sweet and offered her recommendations. We enjoyed what she recommended, the chai tea latte with vanilla syrup and spiced brown sugar. Try it you will not be disappointed. Would come back for the service and her happy/upbeat attitude alone.

Great customer service. Mango Tea is delicious and the Breakfast sandwiches are so good. Meal is never cold even when delivered. It is a local Mom and Pop owned business. So please go visit them. Real hidden gem here.
