In the 30 minutes I stood there, without having my order taken, Several people walked out, 3 people came in from drive through complaining about wrong orders, and no attempts to great customers or service the ones who already ordered. I eventually walked out as well with no food

Another time the chicken was so over cooked that it felt like I was going to break a tooth, and tonight I didn't get all of my food that I ordered. When I tried to call the location all I get is a busy signal. I will have to start going to a location that is a little farther away or start going to Raising Caines.

We used to like their food but this location has gone down in both their service and food quality. Chicken is no longer tasty, totally bland. Service is horrible. Ordered food drive through at 4:30, at 4:50, food wasn't ready. At 5:05, they said it was going to be another 15 minutes because they ran out of chicken. How do you run out of the only kind of meat that you serve at 4:30-5 pm? If it were 9pm, it might be understandable, but still not acceptable.
