I ordered a cake for 11/03/2023 when I ordered the image printer was down. I called 2 days before I needed my cake they said the printer was fixed but they could not put my image on there and they could not print an image for me to put on myself. I was told I would have to go to another store (Kroger, Walmart, Rouses) and have them print an image. I ordered a chocolate swirl cake, but when we went to cut the cake at the birthday party on Saturday it was just a plain white cake. I was highly disappointed with the service I received as a Plus Member.

This review is for the bakery. The writing on my cake order was horrible. My 6 year old daughter could’ve wrote better than that ! I miss Joes because if they were open y’all would’ve never got my money! WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER ONE !

So on today we decided to go to Sams Club in Lake Charles La on Sam's Club Drive near Golden Nugget and Lauberge casinos to do some long well overdue shopping. Of course Sam's Club has normally has a beautiful jewelry selection. Once we entered the store and got to the Jewelry Counter a nice lady came right over to help us. They definitely had some nice selections but not as full as I remembered but still nice. Never thought they're would be a jewelry shortage. Not a while lit coming in and don't know will come in. Found one I loved but we're going to shop around a lil more before we make a final decision. Then we started shopping Oh yeah. The deals and the bulk package is awesome. We bought lots of stuff to share. Of course had to get some Pinwheels. Those things are addictive. They have lots of already prepared meals you just have to put it in the oven. Bought the Enchiladas, Mac N Cheese, and the fajita all prepared just heat and eat. Very great on on everything. Bought some meat and racked up. The steaks were huge and very nice. The entire meat counter was beautiful. The value on the cases of water and Sparkle drinks the prices can't be beat. Im a Sam's Club shopper for life. If visiting the Lake Charles, La area cone on by.

My sister's car broke down & was literally smoking on the interstate, so we pulled off the road & walked to the closest store, this Sams, to buy some coolant so we could get back on the road safely. We were very scared because we we arent from here & literally dont know anyone in the area we could call to drive us somewhere else, so this was our only option. We thought our mom had a Sams membership, but we didn't have the card, so we went to the membership desk & told the woman the whole story. However, since our mom's membership actually expired 2 weeks ago, the employee said that we couldn't buy the 1 thing of coolant. I understand that this is how Sams works, but this woman was incredibly rude & seemed annoyed that we would even ask for her help. She offered no sympathy or concern for our situation, so instead, we had to walk another mile to buy the coolant elsewhere. Again, obviously you need a membership to shop at sams, but this woman was so mean when we clearly had an extenuating circumstance & didnt seem to even believe what we were telling her.

Good selection. Fair prices BUT I am not pleased with the service at the tire department. Now you have to call and make an appointment even if you have a low tire. WHAT IS WRONG with the people who made the decision to put this policy into practice?

That's cool they sell liquor here at sams in Louisiana they need to do this in Texas and it's in a good location near the hotels and casinos.
