Almost didnt (TOTS ARE NOT GOOD COLD) i had to talk her into it. And only redone the sandwich and tot! U telling me u meant to give me 2 buns and charged me for a meal?!?! Could've easily charged me for 2 buns if that's what u thought I meant!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't normally leave reviews.. BUT ... THIS IS TOO FAR!!! Customers are not always right, but when u are in the wrong atleast accommodate the right..

Mobile ordering was down, the person at the speaker was extremely incompetent and slow. The staff was extremely lazy and refused to accommodate or help the customers.

I ordered a route 44 cherry limeade and a six-piece mozzarella stick. I waited 22 minutes and nobody ever brought me my food so I left. Somebody explain to me how it takes a half an hour for a drink and a mozzarella

Horrible service. Slow. Don't bother going thinking you're about to be in and out in a timely manner. One simple icecream cone took well over 30 minutes. I would've left but I was curious to how long they'd take. Don't go here. The one on Ryan street is amazing.

Sonic on prien lake road, before you get to McDonald's have racial issues. They said they don't do racism but my first day working their all off the white people in there constantly having fun saying the "N" word. Then everyday the manager Jacob would constantly hate the fact that I was helping my pregnant coworker Bethany, mind you she can only pickup on a certain amount of weight, she didn't have a problem with an extra hand. Also, they only warned me one time about my apron bt all the white females that carhop didn't have to wear there's, so after I was warned one time, the next day I had to work Jacob had one of his other managers named kim to rudely terminate me Infront of my customers and co-workers. But just how they done me like that, I could've had there while store shut down because Jacob hired me 2 weeks before I was able to get my workers permit.

i waited 30 minutes on SWEET TEA?! i work in fast food so i know how long it takes to brew the sweet tea( less than 4 minutes) not to mention i was given the wrong drink the first time after a 15 min
