I hate leaving bad reviews, but this experience was just so infuriating. I go to this subway all the time and I don’t know if the guy making my sandwich was new or just dense, but he was putting the bare minimum of product on my sandwich. I asked for black olives he put three olives, and when I asked for more, he told me that three olives was the policy for a 6 inch sandwich, so I mentioned that other subway workers usually put a handful on. He called them stupid. I am so displeased, and I will be going to other subways from now on.

Absolutely hate that I can no longer see my food being made anymore and probably going to start going to the other sub places.its like going to eat hibachi and then the cook it behind a wall.

Piss poor service. The meth head that makes the sandwich is going to try and tell you want you want on the sandwich. Then that fat one is gonna make you pay for the damn thing before it's even out of the oven Definitely recommend taking your sweet time when picking out the things you want on it

I went to subway at 630pm tonight this lady and guy was working and i bought a footlong sandwich when i went to pay she charged me for 2 footlongs when i only got one and cut in half wrapped separately. So I paid and she balled up my receipt. I TOLD her to give me my receipt and she hesitated but i received it. I was over charged so never again will i return to that subway. NEVER AGAIN

Conveniently located Subway with all the typical things one would find in this restaurant. All was good with my order.

2 inch long white nails, at least, were on the person who made my sandwich, which came out poorly because the nails got in the way of the person being able to properly make my sandwich. I know LDH would not approve of her very long nails because of all the gunk that would build up underneath of them, which would require a thorough cleaning to get off. She also had difficulty putting on gloves, which could get a hole poked in them by the very long nails. I don't know why she wasn't sent home, and told to remove the very long nails before her next shift. Disgusting food safety. Disgusting very long white nails for making food for dozens of people during a shift. This Subway needs to enforce LDH food safety codes and regulations with more scrutiny, and be less lax about them.

If there is a different Subway location, go to that one! I went here today and the young lady Z who slapped my sandwich together was not friendly she looked like she didn't want to be there and talked so low you could barely hear what she was saying. I didn't even want her to put anything else on my sub after the meat, I asked her to wrap it up and I finished dressing it at home. If you don't want to work go home! The other lady with glasses was helpful and sweet.

the worker was so mean i couldn’t have pork and i asked her to take it off because i didn’t know the turkey cali fresh had pork and she gave me a dirty look. she also talked so low i couldn’t hear her but the other lady was really sweet

It's convenient place but the customer service today was horrible I wish corporate sees this comment and educate their employees better motivate them with bonus or a raise so they can perform a better job as a consumer you don't expect to pay for a sandwich having to wait until they finish their shores around and you just standing there like a potato than not get the ingredients right just awful

I have enjoyed eating at this establishment until today. The fountain drink station has a sign on it telling customers to ask a staff member for a new cup if they are dining in and want a refill. When I went to ask for a new cup, one worker was getting me one when another worker stopped her and told her that I didn't pay for a cup. After I offered to show my receipt, the person who first denied me the cup begin smirking. When I told her about the sign, she was completely unaware of what it said. She then told me to use the same cup that I already had because the store will have to pay every time someone gets a new cup. Staff members should know and follow store policies. So, what exactly is the policy, because a couple of the workers surely don't know.
