So I always go there and never had a problem into tonight this lady at the window had a rude attitude we ask her about the volcano taco she said it was no longer there so I ask about the chicken taco roll box which was showing on the screen she said they do not have that what made me upset was that I asked her kindly to replace cinnamon twist and she had a attitude and she kept saying she could not her me over and over after that she handed me the drink after I asked her for a powered and she gave me sprite I will not be going to that Taco Bell if they can’t be kind to customers

Did not give me my whole order. Very rude I forgot drinks I was told I had to go back through the drive thru . Did not give any hot sauce .when I went back to get hot sauce . I was given 6 packs for 6 items. Service is very sad I will never shop there again the rudest people I ever encountered.

I must say.. something changed at this location. I got a meal there today that was prepared immaculately. Fresh food, good drink and it's been like that the last few times. I've got more than I'd like to admit lately so whatever you guys are doing, keep it up! Thanks for always being so kind!

I was just robbed for $11.00 and then talked down to like I was irrational for not wanting to leave. It wasn’t like I ordered it through DoorDash or something. It was their app that I’ve used before to order. It shows in my history that I ordered it a few minutes ago. The manager I guess she looked like she was probably 18 years old which wouldn’t matter if she was competent. She sought on my phone. The charge went through, but it says pending as it does with every restaurant or gas station for the first 24 hours after you buy it. I mean $11 is way more than me right now than it has ever been and y’all just took it.
