Had to drive all the way back down to prove that I had 30 missing pcs and called before I left to come back to pick them up and they weren’t even ready. Said I had to wait for another order. The manager and staff at Ryan Street are INCREDIBLE!!! Wings are delicious. The manager went above and beyond great customer service. My kids and I had a wonderful experience. The manager was very helpful, friendly and thoughtful. He acually went out of his way and performed an act of kindness for my family. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Especially large groups or families!

Ordered over the phone hours before pick up. Had to drive 35 min to get to this location because of where we live. Once arrived, the workers couldn’t find our order. Turns out, they gave it to someone else. Had to reorder everything and wait longer for our food. Instead of making sure our order was over the top exceptional, the fries were half cooked, cold and soggy. Wings were okay. Will be going to other location in Lake Charles from now on.

When I entered the restaurant I was welcomed by the cooks then greeted while approaching the desk. I was given a minute to think about what I would like to order than when ready was having my order taken by the host Leticia, she was very enthusiastic and informative when helping me chose new products that I have set tried. Even offered a sampling of the Korean bbq to make sure I would enjoy it. Over all it was a very friendly yet professional experience of a wing stop I have visited, in my eyes its thanks to the wonderful host Leticia.

I order the new Cajun chicken Sandwich & Fries after waiting an hour for the meal after the cashier said 10 to 15 mins… The meal was disgusting ? looked nothing like the picture they didn’t even put any type of sauce on the sandwich it was dry over cooked and greasy just a waste of money and false advertising… definitely will never go back to wing stop ever again service was horrible they all did more playing then actually pushing food out…customers were waiting 45 mins plus for food defeats the purpose of going there… I was so disappointed all together
