Definitely a vibe. Just wish they get the things they have on the menu already. Other than that, what they do already have is good.

Stumbled across this business on social media. I am new to the area, and I am always looking for new places to get a quick meal when I don't have to cook. I walked in yesterday and I thought they were closed for a second. It was empty. Only a few ppl sitting at the bar. You know I am big on customer service and this was not it for me. The lady taking the orders was not personable at all. She took my order and walked off. I was waiting for a total or something. I got nothing. My food was ready, she told me that it would be 7 dollars and some change. I gave her $8 and didn't see my change. She didn't even put it in the register. The money was still in her hand as she was handing me my bag of food. I don't know if she was tired or just didn't feel like being there, but I was not impressed at all. I ordered the 10pc wing special that they were advertising on their social media media. The wings were good. Had a great deal of flavor. I see they offer other items during lunch, I may have to check them out another day and see if the customer service gets better.

I went in to get Okra. I found out they serve Okra on Fridays. The Okra was mushy and overcooked with no seasoning. It was disgusting. I had to throw it away after two bites. The server at the bar where I waited for the takeout was rude. This was a totally bad experience. ?

Today 7/28 /23 My Daughter Diana & I ordered the Friday Lunch & it was very Delicious ??.. I had Fish, Okra with Shrimp & Sausage, Rice Potato Salad Bread Yummy...Diana had Fried Chicken with Mardi Gras Pasta,Potato Salad Bread Yummy.... I've eaten few of the other Delicious Lunches & Soo Tasty ??...The service is Wonderful... Happy That Mama's Kitchen is in Laplace ???
