“I guess subway sandwiches are only as good as you make them. I would like to be able to order off the menu and not have to pick every single item that goes on it. I miss quiznos. Especially when ordering for other people. I don't know what goes on that sandwich they saw on TV and asked for... but shouldn't the "sandwich artist" know what it typically comes with? No, I guess not. No customer service. Be sure you have implicit instructions as to what to order.“

He took care of us quickly and also offered some suggestions for improving our sandwiches when we weren't totally sure what we wanted now that the menu has changed.
