The fish and shrimp was awesome. Nice and hot and tasty. I got the sweet potato fries which I love. I was disappointed in the side salad that came with it though. The salad had no color and was a little brown. Nothing but the nasty looking lettuce and a couple bits of tomato. The toast was under all the food and soggy. So the salad and toast could use improvement but other than that everything else was hot and delicious.
This place was recommended by a couple we met at a craft fair. We're not from here and like local restaurants. We were the only 2 in here (damn you, COVID)! The staff was really friendly and the food was great! The catfish platter had a ton of fish on it and my sister's bacon cheeseburger had fresh ground meat. One of the best seafood restaurants I've been to in a long time. We each had the fried shrimp poboy and it must have had 30 shrimp on it. There was so many they were falling off the sandwich and into the plate, and only $12.99 each. That's a steal for a fresh shrimp poboy.
