I can honestly say I was let down. None of my food had any smoke flavor. The ribs we're boiled and oven kissed for a sec. Same for the brisket which was bland like the chicken. Money wasted!

We stopped here for lunch while on work travel with a small group. Service was timely and responsive. We enjoyed some of the wall decor, some of which is really random and quirky when you think about it.Our table ordered fired pickles to start, they were crunchy and delicious!I had the lunch order of pulled pork with broccoli and sweet tater fries. I would have liked a little more meat but the plate was still filling and tasty.Overall this was a place I would return for lunch and we enjoyed ourselves.

Stopped in for a unexpected quality of food and experience. For exceeding my expectations! The bbq chicken with Jalapeño poppers was extremely tasty and incredible. Definitely coming back for more!

Ordered a large order of barbecue which included 3lbs of brisket, 4 chickens, 2 lbs of sausage and a rack of ribs with Texas toast and baked beans and tater salad and fried okra. I have to say that it was awesome. Great price for even greater food. Called ahead and it was ready when I got there. Bubba q’s was worth every penny. If you’re on the fence go ahead and take the leap. You won’t regret it.

Have been twice now when down visiting Ft.Johnson from Ohio. Have NOT been disappointed w/ the food, nor the service! Those attending frkm the North...it's an atmosphere like Texas Road House but w/ the added bonus of NO loud music & servers dancing & no peanut shells on the floor!! ? I like their Mississippi Sauce best, myself!! Very friendly staff. FOOD IS EXCELLENT. The best Fried Pickles I think I've ever had from any where & that Brownie is pretty huge too! ?

I enjoyed the salad bar; everything you can think of was on it! They use crispy iceberg lettuce! The roast ribs and wings were grilled to perfection! And the collared Greens were definitely a hit!
