Day shift is amazing. Night shift however...im not to sure.. he took our order through deive through let us pay then told us AFTER it was going to be a 20min wait.. i informed him **in a kind manner**that's something you tell someone PRIOR to ordering and his response was "yeah i probably should have" so we waited over 20 mins for food. Definitely dont feel confident going back

I put in a mobile order and still had to wait 30 minutes only for them to forget about me and waited another 10 minutes for my order. Super slow don't go here on your lunch break ?

All four burgers were cold. The patties were soggy and burnt tasting. All four large fries were cold extremely salty and were really cold. Sorry don’t think it is worth $58!! And we had to wait for 37 minutes for them to bring our food out side to us there was 6 other vehicles waiting behind us and ther wasn't anyone else inside.

The Wopper wasn't even made like a burger. My fries were cold and soggy, they made me sit forever at the drive thru, they didn't even give me my receipt, and they were extremely rude. I definitely will not be coming back to this Burger King again.

Manager was yelling at me after I questioned her giving a door dash order to another fellow door dasher and I responded to rude comments in the same manner as she did.

My mom went through the drive through to get some food and had a terrible experience where the lady at the window had a temper and attitude, as well as the store manager who came out and gave her the food. She was asked to move up from the window and wait up front when she was the only person in the line to wait for her food. She just waited at the window and they didn’t like that even though she was the only one there. She also didn’t get a receipt either. The manager didn’t have a name tag so she couldn’t get it, and I’m sad they just got an attitude with her. There was no professionalism, no manners, it’s like they don’t care at all about their jobs and don’t want to be there. I don’t recommend this Burger King at all, just go across the street to McDonalds for a better burger.

Inside is open but customer service and staffing has major issues.. if you order a double cheese burger plain and dry nothing but cheese add pickles that is pretty simple to do right? 4 sandwiches later I got the double I ordered to begin with..
They try but its just not the same my food came out warm instead of hot onion rings tasted slimy and half done management seem good employees are friendly maybe if they turned up the warmers spicy nuggets were very delicious just

I ordered online today I was at the drive-thru foroved 25mins. I go inside. I tell them Ihave a order. the fat man yelled at me. loudly. he needs to be fired that store needs to be shut down. I advise nobody to go there
