I had ordered two different times for my orders to be canceled. I had placed an order today and they end up canceling it again! I had called to ask why my order was canceled and they had told me that they tried calling my number which they never did since I did not receive a call from them at all and told me since I didn’t pick up that I was a “security risk” but yet I never received a phone call. If they don’t have enough drivers then they should mention it on the website. We’ve never had any issues with Dominion's before but we’re definitely disappointed.

Dominos will not give me my emergency pizza like they claim they offer. The app said to confirm my identity with a code sent to my email which was never sent. I kept hitting resend code because it never came through and eventually said it had sent the code to my email the maximum amount of times. Im sitting here hungry and angry with no pizza ordered. ?

Ordered two of the philly cheesesteak tots and a pizza with 4 dr peppers. They are sending driver back with sodas I didn’t get eventually but there was no cheese on the tots at all
Ordered a pizza at the Leesville LA store online tonight. Within five minutes of ordering I get a notification on my phone stating my order was canceled. I called them and the girl on the phone said they tried to call me three times and I didn’t answer so they canceled it. I asked why they called. They said it was because they were out of the sauce I ordered I told her I don’t care what sauce it is. And asked what I have to do to get my order. She said, go back online and order it again. I went online and ordered another pizza, within a minute that one was canceled. My phone rang once. I called the number back immediately it was someone named Jesse who stated that he called me three times and I don’t answer my phone, so I’m a security risk, so they don’t have to deliver my pizza, and they will not deliver to an order with my phone number. I have never had this problem. My cell phone shows no missed calls. Both orders were canceled within minutes of ordering. And that makes me a security risk that I called them back within minutes of ordering each time? I ended up having to go out and get my dinner, they said the money would be credited back to my account within 3 to 5 days for both orders Terrible customer service. It was obvious they did not want to deliver. Bad thing for them is I was planning on giving the driver a $10 tip. Oh well I’ll save it for the next delivery I guess with another company

Some of the worst customer service I've ever had. I did an online order. They said they tried to call me three times while I was holding my phone and it never rang I called them up when it said order canceled online, and they said they tried to call and since I didn't answer, they canceled the order I'd have to order again. I go online and try to order again when I did they canceled that order and the guy called me. It rang once and hung up. I called back. He said that it was a security violation because I wouldn't answer my phone before when he called, they will not deliver. Very rude!!!

Honestly amazing! I’ve been living here for years and i’ve never once encountered a problem. Food is always hot and well made, service is extremely polite no matter the situation. Not much to say other than it’s a perfect establishment!!!
