I don't normally do this, but felt compelled to because I ordered a pizza tonight and completely spaced and gave them the wrong apartment number. Luckily, the manager (Brian) called me to confirm the delivery of my order. Without a single complaint, Dakota delivered my pizza after they confirmed the correct apartment number. Thank you for going out of your way to make sure I was a satisfied customer!

Ordered several pizzas online, and paid for them there. When my daughter and her friend went to pick them up, the guy at the counter repeatedly harassed her for a tip, asking for $20. When they said they just wanted the pizza, he gave them a hard time and kept trying to get them to tip, instead of handing over the pizza. This dude shook down two teenage girls for $5. Pretty low life.

Ordered our medium pizza for pick up would be ready in 15 minutes.. it takes about that amount of time to get there… pizza wasn’t ready they didn’t even start it until I showed up. If I had known that I would not have tipped. Needless to say papa John’s is off our list of food

Don't order the chicken Alfredo bowl! I got about half a dish of chicken, cheese and a few vegetables, but no noodles. When you pay that much for a dish you expect to get what you pay for. I ordered papadias and they were too spicy and dry. I wish there was an Italian restaurant near by.
