Just walked in 12/29 at 4:15 after ordering online and upon entering the store, I was informed by an employee that the store was out of the bread I chose and I had responded with “that’s okay! I will eat the other bread. Thank you” and another male worker walked up immediately and assertively said “I know” and instructed me to hold the bag differently. I understand they were attempting to help by reassuring me I was getting whatever bread they had, not what I ordered, and that he did not want me to rip the bag by holding it by the handle, however, it was unnecessary and rude to speak down to customers in this way. We did not respond in any negative or disrespectful way so I’m unsure the reason for this combativeness immediately. It would have been more appropriate of the male employee to inform us of the change and apologize or empathize rather than immediately inform us we would get what they had rather than what we ordered. I’ll drive to another location in the future. The sandwiches are too expensive for customers to be treated badly. The store was not busy at all at this time.

The young man behind the counter was extremely rude, he wouldn't communicate at all and just stared at me when I asked for my sandwich. I won't be back just because of his horrible attitude. What made it worse was he was extremely friendly to a woman ahead of me, but I guess I have to be a woman to get minimal service.
Sandwiches are always good cause there fresh, I love subway no complaints

Did an App order, didn't find out the toaster was broken until I got there and my order was already made. Grabbed my bag and verified it was my name and order on the receipt and drove home. Opened the sandwiches to find they were not mine, they put someone else's sandwiches in my bag. Called the store 3 times and got no answer. Drove ALL the way back and the worker seemed annoyed that she had to remake my order. Barely got a sorry out of them, no coupon or partial refund or anything for my inconvenience. Got home and the sandwiches had the wrong cheese and some wrong ingredients. So frustrating. The toaster has been broken for months.

AMAZING! Bridget was my Sandwich Artist and she was wonderful. I had been to 3 different subways to make my Sandwich walmart in deridder, the other deridder location and entrance road and they were very rude and terribly unsanitary. This Subway in Leesville is amazing very clean, and Bridget and her manager were more than accommodating. I had a rather complicated order and she excelled and made the perfect Sandwich!!!!
