We ordered two steak sandwiches which they did not have either one because they were out of steak and we already paid for it. We ate overpriced chicken. Not a good impression for people who are new to the area.

Online it says it opens at 8. The sign says it opens at 9. I show up at 9:40 on a Saturday and it's closed. This is the 4th time I show up and it's randomly closed. Get it together.

The ice machine is full of mold, which we didn't notice till after we started drinking our fountain drinks. We informed the employees, who stated "we know, we are in the process of cleaning it." Are you kidding me?!?!?!?!?!?!

This is literally one of the worst subways I have ever been to the few times I came here during times when they don't close for 2 hours or longer they are out of everything constantly I don't know who the manager is but someone needs to be managing I am a cook I've been doing customer service for so long long enough to know that this is the wrong answer get it together

What seemed to be incompetent staff, ask what kind of bread, then tell me each one is out, and that there is only one type. Sum up the order half way through the ordering of the vegetables, out of almost every sauce. And then try to shuffle you out while they’re on their phones not making any eye contact or anything. 23 November around 11 am.I also don’t recall having to tip at other subways.

Driving here is a gamble because they’ll randomly be closed when the hours online -and even the ones on their door - say they’re open.I guess making sandwiches all day is hard work, so they need to close 3 hours early sometimes
