Now it’s Monday night I’m a service member don’t mean to rub that to nobody face and anyway Shape or Form but when I’m on shift and I got sit up for 24 hours straight and I wanna come through and get something from y’all‘s menu and it’s 1109. I expect my order to be all the way in the bag with all due respect now this might make some of y’all mad, but this ain’t for everybody this is for some of y’all, make sure y’all put peoples orders in the bag because I’m not gonna keep coming through burning gas because y’all can’t get simple things like an order right fix yourself .
Ordered 6 tacos with no cheese due to one of my children being lactose intolerant. Got 6 tacos with no lettuce with cheese. Don't even get me started on the fact that they all look like a shriveled up wonton haha. Employees all seem nice, just poor food service.

Every time I place a order online they never get it right, I ask for Xtra items and they never put extra anything on my order but they sure do charge for it . Read the orders all the way and then maybe you will get it right.

I ordered a Nacho Bell Grande with chicken. Not only did it have very little chicken but they forgot to add the refried beans. It's hard enough just trying to get full from nachos that cost almost $8 so when I get cheated off of the topping it's just a waste of money! I normally come late, around 1am, idk if the cook is a new employee, but that's not my problem! Because that's a lot of $ to have to pay and not get full! That was just so wrong!

The food is Taco Bell, if you aren't familiar you must have just come out of a bomb shelter since the 50's. The employees are a bit of a mixed bag but on the whole they are off in their own world. They force Doordashers to make the drinks for their orders (against Louisiana food service laws) but they get away with it because most new Doordashers don't know any better. Note to Taco Bell management, Doordashers are not food service workers and as such are forbidden from handling unbagged food (Including drinks). Do your job.
The place seemed clean, but the online ordering system takes some getting used to and the making of the food was quite a bit longer than expected during dinner time with no one really in the restaurant area and only 1 order/pickup before us. The food is what you would expect from a Taxo Bell.

The staff are soooo lovely. They are always welcoming and are very fast paced. Whenever there is a mix up with my order, they are fast and apologetic to correct it. I love coming to this Taco Bell because I know I will get my order made with quality. The tables are always clean and the team seems tight/ has a solid routine in place. Y’all are doing awesome, keep up the good work it does not go unnoticed!!Vegetarian options: Fiesta veggie burrito, Potato Soft Taco, Nacho Fries, Cinnabon balls, Cinnamon twists, Cheese Quesadilla
