placed a mobile order for a Dave's double and Queso fries coworker pics up my order and there is no burger go back up there and let the gentle man at the front counter know he goes to the gentle man in the back (Cas) and he goes to hollering i make every order that comes through here in front of a lobby full of people, i said sir there was no burger in the bag just the fries and two barbeque sauce, he very loudly says I made that burger I don't care what you say. this customer service is unacceptable

I went into wendy's for lunch at which time i was greeted by a friendly smile & a kind woman. Apparently this was her second day of working here & she had another lady that was suppose to be helping her. However, that lady took my coupon & took 10 minutes & still couldn't figure it out so she went & asked her general manager but then she realized the coupon had been trying a different number then the one on the coupon. I was waiting for my food & i overheard the new cashier ask the other woman "did you put the food coupon in the register" then all of a sudden the general manager came out to the front counter insisting that the new cashier swore at the other lady. I just don't think she knew what to say at that point when they said that probably because she was being attacked at the front counter. I feel that it was very unprofessional to attack her at the front counter especially being as it was her second day when she was being a good friendly cashier. The general manager told her to go home for the day & she'd be told if she could come back later on. Honestly the lady that was helping her never seemed to smile or have any type of friendliness in any matter. This changes my perspective on whether i will return to Wendy's in Leesville or not.Parking: Parking lot was dirty.

Came for a lil bite at 8 o'clock pm. I order the grilled chicken ranch wrap. I get my order & when I go to bite into the wrap the chicken was so hard like it had been sitting out for AWHILE! I take it to the counter & tell the girl about it & I also ask if they have any FRESH chicken & she says no ma'am we do not. That's the very last thing you need to tell a customer! So it goes to show how long the chicken had been sitting out for! It takes 3-4 minutes to make FRESH so why couldn't they already have some Fresh made?! I HARDLY EVER eat fast food but when I do expect it to be FRESH & GOOD!!
