It’s the worst place ever . Order chocolate milk shake and fries for my kid they don’t have chocolate milkshake and I have to wait for my fries for 15 min . And a few months later I go back to order my kid a happy meal with plan hamburger with juice and they told me that they don’t have juice so I order with soft drinks than when we get home the burger is fill with ketchup and pickle. I wonder how can that place still open

Customer in front of me was missing cheese... on her cheeseburger. My burger was missing pickles. This is a 3 ingredient burger we are talking about. Staff told me sorry and they were so exhausted from work etc...but they weren't too exhausted to be talking continually to one another, stopping their work at many points mid-prep. Maybe it's their lack of focus causing errors. It was a mistake going there for a room temperature burger.

Was overcharged at the drive thru. When I brought it up, I was told she put something extra in my bag to make up for the overcharge. First, I didn't need extra food. Second, what she was putting it the bag was worth substantially less than the overcharge. The lady at the drive up said I would have to go into the restaurant and meet the manager who would refund the overcharge.We go to drive in windows in order to avoid wasting time in the restaurant. So now, I'm expected to waste extra time explaining everything over again. This difference was several dollars, but I was tired of wasting my time, and left rather than waste more.

Mobile order was supposed to be picked up in drive through but was told at speaker that mobile orders had to be picked up inside necessitating following drive through line for no reason. Inside, order was ready and waiting two steps away from the drive up window! Food received was good, but a small order of french fries and marinara sauce were missing from the order. Finally, no napkins were included.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The “girl” working the drive thru at 2:30 today was rude and disgusting! She couldn’t seem to multi task as she talked to someone else while I gave my order to her. Upon arriving to the window when informing her it was suppose to be a meal . Her voice raises and “nah uh dat not what you said” and she walked away. Go home if you can’t do your job!
