This one is really good. It exceeded my expectations because I've always gone to the location in the French Quarter, which is the one I'm used to. This one was way less crowded than the one in the French Quarter, and yes the service, coffee, and beignets were all great. ?

Pass this location everyday and notice that it never seems busy. Well, I needed to kill time in the area so I decided to stop in. At first glance, the place seemed very clean and in order, but also empty and the place felt depressing at 7:45 AM. The employees were very friendly and eager to serve. I ordered one order and a coffee. I was told that they had no mugs or plates due to a hot water issue. No big deal, things happen. I then noticed the guy grab three beignets from a steel bin and it looked as if the beignets had been sitting a while. Sure enough, the beignets were cold and did not taste fresh like I remember growing up. So disappointed and sad to see such an iconic place seem as though it's on life support.

Beignets are amazing as you'd expect and hope. Ready so fast and piping hot. The frozen mocha au lait is not what we expected; it tasted like just cold black coffee.

We walked in, and ordered some Beignets. I'm with a group of 5 people and it's late at night so we were expecting a wait.As we were sitting at our table, they started bringing out Beignets. Then, they brought more Beignets. A couple moments later, they brought out more Beignets, none of which we paid for. We started laughing about it, then they brought out a massive white bag stuffed with more Beignet. Big ups to the manager for asking us why we had so many beignets, honestly I don't know why we have so many beignets, but they keep coming. 5/5 would come again.
