I would just like a consistent good sandwich. If I ask for extra lettuce, why does it decrease the full amount of chicken salad? I am asking for something additional and being charged for such so why decrease another portion? Doesnt make a lot of sense. Love the food but you need someone who is consistent in the kitchen. If Im paying $10-$12 for a sandwich and chips with a drink, lets make it right. Especially when chicken salad is one of the cheapest things to make.

This place is alright.. I finally got around to trying it and I'm not that impressed. The flavor of the chicken salads, the sides, and the egg salad, they're all great. Those prices though are seriously outrageous. This place is not worth the price. You can make this at home for half the price, easily. Everyone I talks to says the same thing. C'mon, man..

Food was great as usual. Just wish I didn't have to listen to the long request to do the survey to give only top rating so he could "work 40 hrs instead of 50 hrs ". Totally unnecessary. I would have given 5 stars if you didn't push so hard.
Fresh healthy great tasting food. Management is wonderful! I’ll forever be appreciative of chicken salad chick. Best fast food place I’ve ever worked for and ate at.
Drive up took 20 minutes...three folks in line at 5 PM. Order taker kept telling folks.. "oh, oh...please slow down, one moment please.' Then disappeared foe 2 minutes. Sigh.
