A favorite lunch family go to! I only took one star off for service. I picked up my order a month ago and they mistakenly put soft tacos in the kids meal. When I tried to address it with the food handler he couldn't wrap his mind around it being gluten and that I needed a whole new meal. I never walked out of there more frustrated. But other than that one instance I always enjoy eating there. They are never skimpy with the portions!Dietary restrictions: Gluten allergyParking: Easy to get in and out of. Always parking available, not crowded.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly!

It’s OK, but nothing special. I gave it a second try, but I think I’ll stick to Taco Bell . The burrito wasn’t even warm. Taco Bell is a much better value. It has a fair amount of meat, but don’t be so impressed by the size of the burrito. Yes it’s big but don’t forget it’s mostly vegetables in there. I like a hot burrito, which can be had at Taco Bell and I think it taste better at Taco Bell.Sept 2023:I wished I would’ve realized I was here 4 years ago. Still doesn’t hit the spot. Such a poor value, a barely lukewarm burrito with steak meat, but not tender, and not tasty, with cheese, and peco and a drink, $16.20 . It was only slightly warm. If you’re looking forward to a hot meal, I doubt you will find it here.

This place constantly neglects the people waiting to order. Today they say they can not serve steak on the line. I would have to order online if I wanted the steak option because “today only” they aren’t offering steak to the regular paying customers. Yes she could have easily grabbed a scoop of steak from the online food bar but claimed she’s not allow too.. stupidity constantly here.

The food on the line looked old and dried out. So I asked for the freshest meat, which was the steak. It was chewy to the point where I had to spit out about 1/3 of the pieces. So sad.

This Chipotle used to be excellent. Key word: USED. Now, it’s the worst one on the northshore. Service is extremely slow, even when not busy. Orders are mostly wrong, and employees are rude. The new one in Covington is so much better, and it just opened. I have no idea what happened to this Chipotle, but it’s not worth my time or money anymore
Whoever owns this location should take over the Slidell location.

Been to many chipotle restaurants but this one is by far the best, very clean space, fast and friendly and food is fresh and really good. Great location. Love this chipotle!

Typically this location is really proficient. Looks like they hired a bunch of new staff and they are serving micro-portions and don't know how to ring things up. I had to coach the girls and request repeatedly for both and usually I'm in and out. Hopefully management will get them up to speed. Also the last two times the chips have been undercooked to the point I couldn't even eat them.
