Restaurant nearly empty on a Wednesday night.Sat and waited for 15 minutes without acknowledgment from waitstaff. There were at least 4 or more waiters, some of which were standing around chatting.

I went for lunch in mid-December 2023. The lunch beef quesadillas were quite good. The black bean dip was addictive. The only complaint I had was a significant one. The tortilla chips are a big part of any Mexican restaurant experience for me. The chips I was served during this visit tasted like they were cooked in old oil. It's an unpleasant varnish-y flavor that I've only experienced 3 times that I'm guessing is not too healthful. I suppose that's a risk of eating already unhealthful fried items. Just like your car - change your oil El Paso!

Very nicely decorate place, not over done. Music wasn't annoying. Food was very good!

Just had El Paso for the first time, and I must say walking in the atmosphere and paintings were sublime! Also, the music alone makes you want to dance the night away. The food and service were superb ?. Definitely will be back soon.

Horrible service. i was about to eat the table because i was waiting for so long. and the plates. and the cups. and i almost dyed because my little sister has the diabetes and she wnated el paso as her last meal and she could t get it because of the service.

Extremely long initially to get our drinks and blamed it on the bar. Then rarely checked on us, and blamed it on her "regular customers who liked to talk." And then brought us only half of our desert and said they were out of ice cream (... only to find out they had it and she was too lazy to add it to the plate when complaining to the manager).

Fast service and good food. Cheese sauce is spicier than you'd expect but really good

Was greeted by 2 or 3 people when entering and then seated by the host. Sat and waited for almost 10 min. Never saw anyone, except the waiter for a nearby table who showed up at his table within 1 minute of it being sat. They were the only other table in the place. Plenty of staff seemed to be on hand.No excuses.

Was overcharged for ala carte order. When it was pointed out, the managers reply was " we already closed out the bill, too bad". Horrible customer service. Actually felt bad for the server, it was an honest mistake.

Amazing food, great drinks, and the music on Wednesday topped it all off. Absolutely loved having Mexican food with alternative/rock music.
