This is me and my daughter's little home away from home. When we come here we know we're getting meals that taste delicious with that home cook meal feeling. I also get my daughter's elderberry syrup and snacks (gluten free pudding, go go squeeze, chewy granola bars) here. Clean atmosphere, aromatic, and welcoming.

I had the chicken caesar wrap combo for lunch. Combo included Water or Bubly and my choice of baked chips. Very delicious and filling! Great stop for quick, healthy options at reasonable prices. Really cute shop with gluten free options and very nice owners.

Great fresh made wraps! I also purchased the almond milk which is so delicious! Can't wait to try more of their homemade items. If you haven't been here yet, you definitely need to give them a visit!!

Not a food snob, I like greasy burgers, fries, cold beer. I do want, sometimes to eat healthy and do it under $15-20. I ate what I could, a salad, a coffee, some energy balls that gave me...an energy boost. Yup, old guy like me needs that boost. I like the layout, the location, literally right off the Causeway and near a police station. If they eat there, then it must be a go-to place. I travel across the Lake at least one day a week and that was one of my trips. Maybe next week,

We stopped in for lunch during a visit from out of town, looking for healthy options. There were several wraps, a main salad, chicken and egg salads ready in the refrigerator. Most options today included chicken, but the owner said they typically have vegetarian options including a spinach salad. The southwest chicken salad was fresh and good, and homemade almond milk and energy balls were both really good. There was a homemade Chocolate beignet cold brew that we didn't try, but the hot coffee was average tasting. The tea selection looked very good but was hidden in back with a pastry area that had bagels. The store has a wide selection of grab and go bars, drinks, chips, yogurt, and other items for those who want a quick, healthy snack. It's great to have a new, healthy option for folks in the North Shore area, and I wish them success with their new business!
