I went to Honeybaked this afternoon to fo my part to support local business. I was ordering 3 box lunches, one for myself and the other two for my children who were safely waiting in my car. I entered the establishment wearing my own face mask. I noticed that although the employees all had masks on, only one employee was wearing it properly (covering her mouth AND nose). When I was greeted and asked for my order I stated that I wanted whoever was preparing our food to be wearing their face mask properly. I was told absolutely, that was not a problem. I place my order, pay, and while I'm waiting I notice the woman preparing our food has her face mask hanging down, exposing her nostrils. She was an older woman with short, blonde hair. I then asked another employee (I now know her name is Cassie) if the blonde woman was preparing our food. She replied, "yes." So, once again, I asked if someone could make sure she was wearing her mask properly. Cassie went over & asked her to pull up her mask, which she obviously didn't want to do because she then looked at me & said very rudely, "What's the problem?!" Cassie asked her AGAIN to pull up her face mask and she did so with gloves on her hands and then without changing her gloves started to touch our food again. Exasperated at this point, I asked Cassie for a refund. Cassie, in an attempt to appease me, the customer, tells me she will make our meals for us since the other employee is obviously a problem. I said, "ok" & walk over to wear I can see the food as I wanted to make sure Cassie was getting us fresh food & not just doctoring up the mess already started by the older blonde employee when the older blonde starts yelling at me from across the restaurant that I can't stand there. Then another employee came from the back ALSO NOT WEARING A FACE MASK (this one had dark hair braided down her back) and joins in with the older blonde telling me that I can't stand there & that I have to leave, to which I respond, "That's fine. Give me my refund." It is absolutely appalling that these girls (not Cassie, she was doing everything she could to display not only great customer service, but just basic human decency) are making food without adhering to the proper safety guidelines and then behave in such an unprofessional and disrespectful manner to their customers. Face masks are worn to protect everyone else from you, not the other way around. Not wearing a face mask while preparing someone's food in the middle of a pandemic is irresponsible and unacceptable and I'm pretty sure against state guidelines, however I'm not sure I'll need to check. Terrible customer service from all the employees working today, with the exception of poor Cassie, of course.

We like this place because they make actual sandwiches. Nothing fancy just good food. Of course you can get turkey and a variety of other sides. It's a great casual restaurant with a multitude of takeaway options.

Line moved fairly well 2 days before Christmas. The lady employees had a system where they were polite and took their time with each customer while at the same time getting people in and out. Great job.

I have to congratulate Honeybaked Ham Northshore on their excellent customer service. I dropped the ball this weekend and didn’t pick up my ham in time and the owners went OUT OF THEIR WAY to save the day for me!! It pays to shop local and support businesses in your own community. Thank you!

Great workers here. Their is a girl there that will make you laugh while she is taking your order. She is always singing, what a great attitude she has.
I chose to avail my family with their HoneyBaked Ham and sides for Thanksgiving this year. I was not disappointed with the selection or price.

I usually love Honey Baked Ham and Destiny over there with her beautiful personality but today was not as good. Barely any meat, lettuce or tomato on my sandwich and same with my coworkers sandwich. I was a bit let down today : (
