This place isn’t good. My child really wanted hibachi so I took one of them here and they would not do hibachi for only two people. My child was very disappointed. We ordered off of the menu and the food was just as disappointing. Also, the place is really small and very dirty/dingy looking. Our table was filthy and the floor hadn’t been swept or mopped from the last guests. There was nothing positive about this experience, honesty.

By FAR, the worst hibachi I’ve ever had! It was more Mexican than Hibachi. I could barely understand the server, who appeared to get upset when I asked her to repeat herself. But, I did understand her when she said “No noodle for you”, after I asked if they could substitute my daughter’s rice for noodles. And, when they gave us our plates, they gave my daughter, the one who didn’t want rice, two servings of rice! ??♂️?The steak and chicken tasted like they were cooked on a grill with no soy or any form of seasoning whatsoever. Honestly, the ONLY thing I found to be anywhere remotely close to being what I’d consider “Hibachi” were the chopsticks. ?Even the ginger dressing on the salad sucked! The ginger dressing didn’t taste the least bit like ginger, but more like a sweet mayonnaise! It just blows my mind as to how far these guys are from being a true hibachi restaurant! ??It did seem pretty presentable inside, though…??♂️??

We just ate here for my nephews birthday lunch and it was so DELICIOUS! The hibachi show was great & our Chef was so funny, had us all laughing! Highly recommend 10/10

Customer Service A-1!!!! Fernando was very helpful.They made suggestion of a new sushi roll . "Bang Bang Roll" . It was DELICIOUS ?. The hibachi was made behind the counter since it was only two of us. The food was okay ( I prefer more spicy) Its not upcale like most hibachi restaurants.. The front area needs to be updated ...other than that , the restrooms were clean. Overall the customer service was far superior to anything it lacked.

Personally my favorite hibachi I’ve ever had in my life. Been here so many times. I’ve never had a problem with the service, they’ve always been really nice. Their lunch special (before 3 I believe) is awesome! So much yummy food for less than $10.

I picked up shrimp and steak Hibachi lunches and a Cajun roll yesterday. The lunches came with soup/salad and fried rice. All was delicious. Looking forward to my next visit there.

Tend to order from the menu, either hibachi or bento box. Never really had a problem with the service or the food although I could do with an extra scallop on my scallop lunch (you get four of them). I question why I go there though, because the place really is a dump. Not dirty per se, just tired and dark. I hate seeing restaurant supplies all out in view, tears in the booth seats, burned out bulbs, etc. The place really needs a makeover. McDonald's has better ambience. Seriously!.

You must order the Cajun roll, one of the best sushi rolls ever! Hibachi chicken and steak were on point! Very generous portions. So delicious ? This is our new go to Hibachi spot in Mandeville!

Husband and I tried Kim Hibachi for the first time since we moved here in 2008. We were hopeful and happy with our experience. Server was attentive and everything we ordered was well prepared. Our sushi was fresh, the hibachi was prepared in the kitchen since it was just the two of us. Not a problem as far as we were concerned.

At noon on a Sunday, my son and I arrive to a totally empty restaurant. I asked for 2 seats at the hibachi grill. The woman proceeds to tell me that they only seat parties of 4 or more at the hibachi tables and that the food could be cooked in the kitchen and brought to a table. I was stunned that they would rather turn customers away and have an empty restaurant than to cook for 2 at the grill. Needless to say, we went to Osaka and had a great meal. The food is good at Kim, but the service and attitudes are horrible.
