Update: Just went today to get crawfish, gumbo and boudin balls. The crawfish were so good and well seasoned!!! I hesitate to go today because for the past 3 years, they have not been spicy at all. So I couldn't have been happier today with how spicy they were. They are always clean crawfish, decent sized and today, they were some of the best I've ever eaten!The boudin balls were very delicious. They were kind of like chicken fried, which made them so good. I picked up a quart of gumbo in the market as well... I was super pleased with everything todayGood reliable food!
I walked up to the counter to order my food, and they asked me if I had a table? I replied no I did not, so they said I would have to wait until I get a table to order my food.I'm sitting there on the waiting list, when all of sudden these people walk up, and said they wanted a to go order, and all of a sudden change it to dine and in.Then after waiting for a table for 20 minutes, the hostess gives our table to these people.So I said wait a minute, we were here first.So the hostess "young girl" gets mad, because I said something, and replies I'll make sure you get your food first real "snooty" And refuse to wait on our table after that.

Only thing this place needs is a bigger parking lot and maybe a bigger building lol they have some of the best seafood around and the amount of food that you get versus the price is well worth

First time getting boiled crawfish in Covington, LA and I’m so disappointed I tried this place. I pulled up and the parking lot was packed I had to wait some time until a car pulled out. Once inside I placed my order crawfish, corn, shrimp and garlic. I received everything but the crawfish immediately and had to wait 12-15 for my crawfish even though they were constantly dropping fresh batches. Once I was home to eat my crawfish there was absolutely nothing special about the crawfish; no seasonings at all even salt and on top of that the crawfish were very dirty. I would not recommend this place!

This is not a white tablecloth service style restaurant. You order at a window, are assigned a table, serve yourself at a drink station and your food is brought out when it's ready. The food is killer, artery clogging good! Cooked fresh to order, served mouth burning hot. Delicious!
Wife, son and I visited on a busy Sunday... boiled crawfish were pretty good, seasoned well, hot and tasty. However, wife's catfish was undercooked (raw spots) and asked them to fix it. 20 min later, brought out same fish seemingly cooked longer. It was still not completely done. Asked the cleanup crew to send a manager over. She said it was "the bottom of the fish and it was cooked". I showed her the red/grey section and it was wet and slimy. She offered to get her something else, but wife had lost appetite and we declined her offer of "shrimp or something". It was 30 min after we finished our crawfish... no offer to remove the charge, gift card or desserts. Anything to salvage our experience. Nope, won't be back...

Stopped here to grab lunch while in town visiting. We tried the meat pie, fried crab claws, boudin balls and bbq po boy. All were very good and would definitely recommend.

Took my 92 yr old dear friend, and she loved everything! I realize that ordering at the counter helps keep pricing down, but I would prefer a bit more ambiance and lower lighting.
