Not sure if there's been a change in ownership; but we used to visit this place 2 years ago because their snowballs tipped with condensed milk were great. Today my husband and I each bought a large with condensed milk. They were very stingy on the flavored syrup and even worse on the condensed milk which amounted to maybe one tablespoon on the top. $12.50 for two large snowballs that were nearly tasteless tells us we'll not be returning to Pelican Snowballs until we hear that they've upped their game in providing a great tasting and refreshing snowball.

The syrup flavors are all very good. However, nearly every time I go. I typically end up with a dry sno-ball. Not enough syrup. The middle of the sno- ball is always plain ice. The process needs to change to adding syrup with half cup of ice and finishing it with a full cup

You have to ask for a receipt.We stopped by last week to get to regular//medium snow cones for $3 each but instead we're sold 2 baby kiddie cups which were half filled and the top of the snowballs didn't even touch the rim of the cups for $3 each! Insanity. Hello people. It's ice with a squirt of flavor. We will not return. You can go to McDs, Wendy's BK, etc and get a medium to large cool refreshing drink for $3. This was a cup for a 2 year old and served with attitude. Insanity.

Good snowballs. TERRIBLE PLACE TO WORK. The manager when I worked there was rude and demanding and expected you to memorize a couple hundred flavor combinations and meanings within a few days. She’s not reasonable or understanding and doesn’t give you time to learn. I was basically fired after less than a week because I was trying so hard to remember everything. Not to mention she‘s two sided and talks bad about some of her most loyal customers. They move fast and efficient and have good snowballs, but I would try and avoid the manager.
