This is the second time I've been here, and you didn't have white rice available. I've seen other complaints about you subbing brown rice for white rice. So what is the deal with the white rice at this location? And why is it never available? This just blows my mind since you are a poke place and rice is literally one of the main ingredients.

Worst poke place ever! I ordered a big bowl on DoorDash and first the did brown rice instead of white like I wanted, the brown rice was undercooked and hard, but the worst part is that their shrimp taste horrible and it had black spots on it, I don’t know if they didn’t clean it well or if it was going bad. Worst experience!

Love the service Karen made my bowl and it was amazing everything was fresh and yummy ...Vegetarian options: Very good selection .Dietary restrictions: I can't have rice so the noodles was great and all the veggies..Kid-friendliness: They are very good with kids my grandkids love this place as well.

We ordered delivery. My husbands ramen bowl was piping hot, but my Thai soup was room temperature. I reheated it and the flavor was pretty good. We had an order of pork stuffed sticky buns that had obviously been microwaved- chewy with hard sections from nuking. We ordered through asap, where the restaurant name said Ramen NOLA. The food arrived in a Poke Loa bag and now I see the place has the same address and basically same menu. A bit confusing.

Good food but overpriced! I was charged around $14 for a bowl with one protein. Added an additional $3 for a small scoop of fish roe.

Decided to stop in and try this as the usual Poke shop was closed! The atmosphere was not great, the employee just seemed annoyed from the beginning. Food was underwhelming and under filled. Just was not overall satisfied at all! Seeing similar bad reviews and seeing the responses was very telling! Would not come back.

I usually love eating at poke loa and the food is “usually” delicious and you get a lot of food for what you’re paying. this time however i payed for a large bowl and it was half filled. The white rice i had with it had this sauce in it that i’ve never had and never asked for. honestly good food if the person behind the counter knows how to make the food
I just recently moved here, and I have been missing poke, so you can imagine how excited I was when I found this place! The guys at the counter were so nice and helpful. I will definitely be coming back! And I currently live 35min away, worth the drive!!

I've been ordering from them since they opened, and today when I picked up my order, I actually thought it was a joke when I got home and opened it. Got the large bowl, and it didn't even have A THIRD of what it usually does... the bowl was completely full of rice with about 5 bites of ingredients... Numerous ingredients were missing, like the avocado I paid extra for... I paid for 2 scoops of spicy tuna, and one of squid. There was only one of spicy tuna, and although I did see about 4 pieces of squid, it wasn't a scoop as it should have been. and I paid 17.00 for this 5 bites.... Time to try somewhere else.

It used to be my favorite place, but they’ve become a lazy business that only opens when they feel like it. I’ve stopped by 3 times recently around 5 and they are consistently closed. The food is usually super good, but it’s just hit or miss and sometimes the employees have an awful attitude. I’m sure it’s not the most exciting job, but they they have the option to work elsewhere if they hate it.
