Tried this place out for the first time. Service was great and very friendly. My wife got a mix tea and I got a caramel milkshake and they both were excellent. Vibes inside were great and we will def be back.

Didn't know we had Boba tea here on the Northshore.... Been driving to BR or D'Iberville all this time.Crazy bc we have the best Boba tea till Florida right here.100% Recommend the popping Boba. Unlike the regular Boba these are smaller actually can go through the straw. Cheesecake Boba with strawberry popping *magnifqueNot a super big fan of the crepe but idc and not downranking for it bc the Boba tea and service is outstanding. I've seen the man slammed in the store making them by himself with a smile on his face.Parking: Shared parking lot. Very limited space especially with domino's next door

EDIT: Owner responds with odd religious comment instead of apologizing for the poor service we received. Always takes a MINIMUM of 10-20 minutes to get your drink. Today, after waiting 10+ minutes and watching the employee talk on the phone in the back, we asked for the status of our 2 drinks (basic Taro and Thai- 0 modifications..drinks that other places have done in 5 minutes..). The employee didn't give a clear answer so we asked for a refund. We were told to call ahead of time if we are in a rush, which we actually did do before this visit and no one answered the phone. We then asked for a refund and we were initially refused. Eventually we got the refund but after this experience I will not be returning. Also, one time I paid with a $20 bill and the owner gave me back a literal $10 roll of quarters for my change...with no acknowledgment or apology. Who does that. Disappointed.
We adore Tea Time Cafe in Mandeville! Such a cute little boba tea shop, with so many delicious options/flavors to choose from. I love that there is a WIDE variety of popping boba (not many tea places have that)The staff is so sweet & always accommodating. You have to try the winter melon fresh tea & the honey dew milk tea, our absolute favorites! ❤️??❤️
First, I'd like like to say the bubble tea I got was good and I was happy with it. The crispy crepe? no, it was left in the crepe griddle way too long. I've gotten this style crepe, the kind that's crispy and slightly chewy that stands up in a paper cone many times at various places. It's what is pictured on the online menu and what I expected when I ordered it.I usually go to another place in Metairie but figured I'd give Tea Time a shot. Maybe it was just the skill level of the person making them tonight but it made me really regret not going to my usual place.I'll come back for bubble tea occasionally but not for the crepes.

Perfect boba tea spot! The brown sugar milk tea is my favorite! smooth, and can choose your sweetness. The juice tea and italian soda are also tasty! The staff were friendly and the store was cozy. There were lots of fun snack options, too. The drinks were a good price, but the add-ons were more expensive than I've seen at other places. This will be my go-to spot for bubble tea from now on!
