Not sure what is going on here. Flys all over the salad. Use to be good for a quick pick up salad for lunch. It's gross. The salad makings look like they have been sitting out, definitely not fresh. Very unfortunate. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

Salad Station in Mandeville is absolutely amazing! Great staff, Great food, Always clean and sanitary. Wonderful hot food options everyday. I have to say I eat Salad Station about 3 times a week, if not more. LOL!

This store could use a deep cleaning. Also, there's gloves for guests to use, but the kitchen staff wasn't using gloves. I watched him use his hands to transfer food from a bin into smaller containers. The salad options weren't as fresh as it could have been.

Used to be this was one of the best stores, but lately by the middle of the day the salad bar is unkempt and everything is soggy. There's also usually a lack of cashiers and even if you're the only one in line there's still a wait to get your food weighed and paid for.
What an amazing employee you have in Mr Richard! Hold on to him. His positive attitude and helpfulness always makes my day! Kudos!

QUALITY SALAD!!! Driving from North California to Maine and ALL I WANTED WAS A GOOD SALAD. I pulled off interstate 12 to do some laundry and Asked one person if she knew of any place to get a quality salad. She said I work in a "Salad Station." WHAT ARE THE CHANCES? I have all the luck. I drove there directly pulling a large trailer load over a big bridge. Salad Station on the left.1291 N. CAUSEWAY BLVD, MANDEVILLE, LA 70471I was impressed as I walked in the door, because the two employees were cheerful and polite. "Would you look at this grand spread of VEGGIES!" I created a fabulous plate and felt like it was the first clean food I'd eaten since California. I filled a second plate for the road for breakfast. Thank you to the Manager who gave me directions and the super Cool employees. I called my wife to tell her that this was as close to a home-made-salad as I had in the last two months on the road. (She is the SALAD-QUEEN!!!) Salad Station: CLEAN***** FRESH***** Priced right $$**** It was the best Meal I had while driving 4100 miles across the USA.

Ok, great salad bar, but I have a really a big problem with the tip program they are establishing. I make my own salad, I have to pour my own drink, then when I check out they have the audacity to ask me to add a tip of 15 - 25%??? For what? Because they rang up my order? I come from a service industry background when I was young. I don’t mind tipping for good service but I get nothing from them. At least when I tip at Subway they make my sandwich. This place actually thinks you should tip, and makes you feel guilty for it, because someone cashes you out. Ridiculous!!!
