I got to say, for a place I found on my own because I happened to be in Mandeville area Saturday, this was a great place to stumble upon. It wasn't busy Saturday afternoon, but we had great service, the food was delicious and had a great conversation with the owner / chef once she was done with our food.We started with the fried tofu steaks and jalapeño poppers for appetizers. Then got the tempora shrimp and salmon roll, and spicy tuna rolls on the side. For entree we got the tempora meal and the Charashi dinner. Everything was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend.

We decided to come and try the place out tonight as we live a lot closer and it did not disappoint. The restaurant was very clean and quiet, not busy. The customer service was amazing, and out of all of the sushi restaurants in Mandeville, you will not find service as good as this. The grilled gyoza was delicious, honestly my favorite gyoza I’ve had in a while. We got the shrimp tempura and the spicy crunchy roll as well, and it was so fresh. The rolls are also a nice size as well and the sriracha in the crunchy roll was perfection. Zen is overpriced, the service sucks, and the sushi is warm. Definitely come here instead :).

Favorite sushi place on the north shore! Environment relaxing and you can actually have private conversations. Owner extremely pleasant and all about the customers ! Very personable and offers suggestions when requested. Sushi always fresh and can't miss the jalapeno poppers! Food delicious and fresh!

They were very polite and friendly The food was ok. I gave it a three because of the portion size. You can get a larger portion of the snow crab salad and tuna salad at Zen and Little Tokyo.The salad was supposed to tuna with snow crab and avocado. It came with minimum tuna and one little slice of avocado. I was very disappointed. It was not worth the money.
Great Service, The owner is the one who serves me every time I go. She’s supper nice and even thought me how to use chopsticks. When I want Sushi this place is my go to.

I've always loved going to Twin over the years!! She's remembered my entire family even after moving to houston and returning to visit almost two years later!
