Wow, this is an awesome place to eat. I don't live there but every time we're there we stop to eat there. The chicken is awesome, all the sides as corn grits and fried okra are very good never had better. Mash potatoes and gravy are mouth-watering. And the rolls you will have to order a dozen they are that goog It's a must-stop.Parking: It's a very small parking lot but there is a over flow across the street.

Out in Louisiana for a hiking expedition! Spoke to some locals regarding where to get something good and fast. They said, "Go to Southern Classic!" Oh man, that is some AMAZING FRIED CHICKEN!!! ?? It is juicy, flavorful, crispy (but not too crispy), very good old-fashioned homestyle like Grandma used to make in the iron skillet kind of chicken.
