One of the best restaurants in Marksville, good atmosphere and great farm to table food. Stop by at least once, you won’t regret it

The farm-to-table deliciousness is incredible! Fresh made pastry, Chef’s Choice, and prepared variety savory selections will have you dreaming of your next visit before you have eaten your order. We enjoyed the ambiance, the local art and other offerings for sale, and the comfortable seating for extended lounging. Our server was attentive and had a very sweet demeanor. Five Stars all day long!!Vegetarian options: We were able to select our items and the chef, on-site, discusses it with you directly. He is amazing.Parking: Parking is on the street but there appeared to be plenty close options. May be difficult during mid-week lunch hour.Kid-friendliness: While there is not a “children’s” corner, there is plenty comfortable seating and availability of children’s books to peruse through.Wheelchair accessibility: Both entry and interior offers plenty of room for navigating. The attentiveness of the staff will help anyone needing assistance feel comfortable in asking.

I have been working in Marksville and was happy to find a local restaurant that has fresh baked pastries and yummy looking menu! I got cheese grits with bacon crumbles! Not to cheesy and crispy bacon they were delicious. I got a fresh Almond croissant, probably one of the best I have had. La Petite Affaire is a quirky little spot with tons of character and a lunch menu I can't wait to try. Yummy

True farm to table café and coffee shop. The menu is updated daily depending on the seasons and organic produce suppliers. New Orleans-trained professional chefs/owners, the food is absolutely top-tier.Parking: Nearest public parking lot is across the street at the Avoyelles District Attorney's Office. Plenty of on-street parking also available.
