We had to wait a while to be seated. Beside us, there were 2 young ladies in our section who looked like they finished their meals. Once we were seated, we had to wait a very long time for a waitress. The waitress that came was "Deanna." However, Deanna chose NOT to serve us. She didn't acknowledge us, she didn't look our way, she didn't even offer us water. It was as if she was ignoring us. BUT, she served the family that came in AFTER us and they were sitting right behind us. Later, an older couple came in our section after the family and she served THEM. The young lady that ended up serving us asked Deanna if she served and she said "No." Besides all of that our drinks were incorrect, it took a very long time to receive our food and we didn't receive our pancakes until we were almost finished ready to leave. If I could give the service 1 star, I would except for the young lady who took our order (NOT Deanna).

Been here several times but will never return to this I hop again. Got sat down by the hostess who was rude because we apparently interrupted her face time conversation. We were sat a table that had ants and bugs crawling on the table. I got up and went back to the hostess and ruined her day again when i was asked to be moved. The customers next to our new table told us she did the same thing to them so she clearly knew about the ants and bugs. Waited 15 minutes before we had a waitress approach us. Put our order in and waited 30 minutes for our food and 40 minutes for my wife's food. The table that sat after us had their food before we did. Then my wife's food was cooked wrong. We talked to the manager and was told "I'm sorry". The waitress blammed the cook, the cook came out and blammed the waitress. They did pull my wife's meal off the bill. And while walking out, my wife seen the hostess with her hand inside of her pants scratching her private area!! Really?? This place is disgusting, nasty and people don't give a @hit about customes.

We were the only people that were dining at the time and it was a bit lacking. I will say it was during a shift change so I had a little more understanding but I'm not sure if it excused the experience. Two of the four orders from our table were incorrect but was corrected after being informed so that was all good and rectified. Food was good but my ice coffee tastes pretty disgusting - Tasted as if whoever made it put way too much of the flavoring vs coffee ratio. However after receiving our food, our server never checked on us for refills or anything so whenever we needed our check, we had to search for her. After finding her on the opposite side of the restaurant & asking for the check where she was rolling silverware while talking to other servers, she stayed there continuing to chat with others for 10 minutes before bringing our check.

Extremely disappointing experience. Restaurant was very cold and had space heaters throughout. Kitchen was a mess. Could hear the waitresses telling the cooks how to prepare dishes. Eggs were runny. Had to send the biscuit back as it was stone cold. Thought I could pour gravy over it to warm it but this buttermilk biscuit and gravy "meal" only came with about an ounce of gravy. I was shocked. The biscuit was flavorless. Service was very slow. Absolutely would not recommend this restaurant

It's been consistently disappointing for over 5 years now. Not sure how they're still in business. In the past it's been long wait times and bad food experiences. Now they're not even coming out of the back. There were no customers at all so I'm curious how many people had a similar experience. The manager saw us at one point and disappeared. Didn't even say Hello. After waiting patiently (about 10 minutes) while my 80yo FIL went to the restroom it started to seem intentional so I went with my intuition and decided it would be best to go to Joe's right down the street. I try about once a year now out of desperation but this was my last time even bothering. I took a pic of my son's empty hands to show our experience lol.

I was here last week with two of my friends around midnight. We were the only ones at the restaurant we sat down for like 30 minutes didn’t even receive a menu because the waitress was nowhere to be found. We received our meal, took about an hour, food was very dry, Didn’t even feel like they tried. After that I told the waitress twice for the check she didn’t even bother to bring it so I had to physically walk up and pay for it in the front.Honestly, just don’t go to any IHOP on the Westbank. I’ve been to all three of them and they are terrible . Like seriously, I usually like to go during graveyard shifts and it’s the most difficult thing in the world to be served when you are the only one at the restaurant.
