Went through the drive thru and ordered food for my family so I always try and make sure that the order is correct. Unfortunately the order was taken wrong over the speaker and when I politely corrected the order at the window the girl had to get what i presume was a manager to come fix the order on the register so I could pay and I can understand them being upset by the mistake but the way it was handled was somewhat unprofessional. They had the window open and I could hear the full conversation they were having right in front of me using inappropriate language and talking about me right in front of my face. I did in fact apologize multiple times to the worker because I understand how I may have misunderstood when the order was repeated back to me since the speakers aren’t great but this was just unacceptable.

Spent an hour in line just to be told they don't have my food. Was still charged for it, then they could not find a manager to remove the charge. So now I have to do a bank dispute.

They forgot my hashbrowns after i did curbside pickup and went back later and they were able to get me them even tho it was during lunch nevertheless was still trashy they forgot them in the first place and i had to come back also they take forever even after ordering online

First off, I do not write bad reviews, but this place is sadddd!!! You may ask, well, why do i keep going? I keep going bc it's right up the street from home.The workers seem to have no sense of urgency. You should always check your bag before leaving bc they always seem to forget something. I've come across some bad attitudes also. The whole place needs to be trained again from management on down.
If you're going to ignore walkin customers, program the kiosks to accept special request orders . This location is a joke .I walked out .

Would not answer phone so took matters in my own hands. Ordered food through DoorDash, they made my ice coffee very incorrect it said ADD not ONLY please read. Ice coffee tasted as if they put no type of caramel or French vanilla syrup in it. As you can see they gave me expired product for my oatmeal with is a lawsuit. As a fellow McDonald’s employee I am HIGHLY dissatisfied with my order. Hash brown was cold and orange juice tasted as if the bag needed to be changed. I feel like you all do not care about your customers. Yes they are aggravating but that do not mean half you know what your job. If you don’t want the position for real don’t take it. You all will be hearing from me again soon.
