Just left Popeyes on Barataria after staying in line 35 minutes the order taker said he would be right with me and never came back. The line behind me had about 10 cars. So I decided to leave there was only one car waiting on their food I’m not understanding why the line was being held up and why no one came back to take my order. I pulled off and so did about 4 other cars that were in line behind me. This happened at approximately 330. All that time wasted!!! Went to McDonald’s with no problem!!! Smh!!!

11:00 on Friday night and no chicken cooked.told us 30 min wait.that means they didn't even have any dropped!got my food.order wrong and it was so greasy I threw it away. Thank you for reminding me why we don't eat here anymore

Stopped at this restaurant near west Jeff hospital cuz I was visiting family in Lafitte. Staff was courteous and restaurant was clean. Both bathrooms were broke though?!? Got 20 pcs of tenders, 2 big sides and a box of biscuits, 50$. I remember when I could get 3 ten piece boxes of chicken and biscuits and drinks for that!?! To be fair, that was in 2005 though
