Wife wanted Rally's fries ? and both got the Big Beauford ?. After getting our order we sat at the out door table. Wife had a Hypoglycemia episode and was slumped on the table. Two restaurant workers offered to help and wanted to call for an ? ambulance. Lucky that my inlaw lived close by and they brought me a glucogon shot. I really want to thank Rally's crew members for the offer of assistance. It is greatly appreciated. Good job!!!

I asked for hot fries. I watched manger as he took cold fries n reheated them in hot oil. This has happen more than once. Got just a hamburger. Lettuce looked old. Went there to get some angry buffalo hot wings but they gave me bbq. Went to get them replaced but all they did was add buffalo sauce to the bbq wings to trick me. They only good thing about rally's is the fries so just get those.

There's places you wouldn't expect that go above and beyond but this Rally's did! I ordered 2 items but the cashier only included 1, the Mgr. heard I ordered 2 and instructed the others to drop 2 items. Cashier only charged me for one, Mgr. was apologetic and gave me my other item. I gave them an excellent review on their site as well. They turned a bad day into a good one. I got smiles and a few laughs..I needed it. Thanks guys!!

Im a CEO of 4 restaurants n Texas.. im 4rm the westbank visiting & every time I come here after 7pm, the burgers are super dry & NOT fresh at all!! It's as if they save the old burgers for late evening customers.. what a disgrace! Nobody wants to pay their hard earned money on low quality food. The directors needs to retrain or clear shop hear.. Ridiculous!!
