Cute little shop that's visually appealing. Not much ambiance per se since you are going through the line like an ice cream shop.The number of selections is overwhelming, but Alyssa was very helpful on our first trip EVER to a Smoothie King post-dinner. Husband ordered the Angel Food Slim 32 oz ($8.59), while I opted for a Caribbean Way 20 oz ($6.29). They were both tasty, but were expensive and seemed like a liquid dessert. I'm not sure I understand the concept, which means I'm not sure I'm the target market for it.

I had a horrible experience! I attempted to get a smoothie several times this week, and every time I went, they were too busy and said they were not able to give me a smoothie. They were super rude, and that is why nobody goes there.I literally saw them lose multiple customers. There is not a Smoothie King that I know of that is not steadily busy. However, at the Smoothie King near me, there's never a line, and I know why – their service is horrible, and they are not equipped to handle the workload. A Smoothie King is supposed to be in and out and full of customers because the line goes by quickly. However, that's not the case at this particular Smoothie King. Someone needs to have a manager oversee what is going on because the staff there is super rude. I tell you, I never give a bad review, but this Smoothie King needs help.

Today My Daughter & I Went Through The Drive Thru It Wasn't Busy and We Ordered A Small & A Medium Caribbean Way Smoothie, The Young Lady Working Was Friendly, I Wish I Would Have Gotten her Name, Our Smoothies Were So Good I Wish I Would Have Gotten The Bigger Size, It Really Helped Cool Us Off, Thank You For Good Customer Service & 2 Delicious Smoothies, We Will Be Back

The customer service at this location is terrible. The employees do not greet you and leave you standing at the pick up counter until they feel like addressing you. They look you in the face and don't say anything. People place online orders so that they can get in and out of the store without a long wait, so there is no way a customer with a pickup order should be waiting longer than the customers that have placed orders at the register.

Tuesday crew needs to learn to read directions on how to make chocolate hulk smoothie. Very Nasty. Threw whole smoothie away. Just because your busy doesn't give you the right to rush threw orders and mess them up. Very sad when directions are printed on ticket. Unbelievable.

Very bad an racial customer service. March 19th at 3:03 p.m. My smoothie was ordered online an it was already made when I arrived. The employee did not greet me or ask me why was I there even though it was obvious because I was standing at the pick up area in front of my smoothie. She looked at me like something was wrong with me. A few seconds later a person of the same race as her entered an she greeted him an smiled at him an asked what did he need an she proceeded to ring him up an she then started to make his smoothie, the whole time looking at me with a distasteful look. While she was making his smoothie two other workers walked in the store an I said my smoothie is sitting right there can you hand it to me an she told the other person to hand it to me while she continued to make the second guys smoothie then she handed it to him. I was served last even though I was there first, plus my smoothie was already made. She acted like I was beneath her because I'm a different skin color, she acted like she had a problem touching the same cup as me. Her attitude was nasty.
