No MEAT SANDWICH !! Ordered a Club 12” on Wheat toastedWhen she showed me the sandwich I was in complete SHOCK!!! It looked like mere meat scraps. A Club comes with 4 pieces of ham, 4 pieces of Turkey and 2 pieces of Roast beef. It only had like meat scraps you see at the base of a deli meat cutter. It was an insult and disrespectful to try to serve that to any customer. I would give zero stars if I could. The lady was very nice but seems like her hands were tied to the cheapskate owner taking advantage of customers not paying attention. I respectfully declined the sandwich and went to the one at LaPalco and Barataria by Big Lots and it was made to perfection with large standard Subway slices of meats!!! I won’t ever go to the Subway on WESTBANK Expressway & Barataria ever again!!! I really wished I had taken a photo of Both sandwiches! Theirs was a pathetic excuse and does not REPRESENT SUBWAY in a good light!!!!! OWNER….DO BETTER!!!!!

I use to work their until the manager disrespected my grandma he said she wasn’t a good parent I had told him that I was back in school he wasn’t making my school and work schedule work at all the coworkers all talk about each other it’s short staffed and pay is ok manager literally had a fuss with me about what my grandma should be doing as a parent she is 61 years old with 5 grandkids 3 have to work 2 don’t put yourself in her shoes before you judge

I wouldn’t recommend for nobody to work for this store at all I once work for this man and he was very unprofessional and he also dropped my pay all just because I broke my toe and he never discussed it with me he wants you to know the night shift less 3 days and he is very disrespectful to the young teens

I ordered a sandwich at 1:45pm. The driver texted me that there was no address on my order, just the street name. I texted him my street address but still did not hear from him. I called the restaurant & was told they couldn’t help me. When I asked about customer service, he said there was nothing he could do. I will not be ordering or stopping to purchase again.

I'm very disappointed with the tuna fish and the protein bowl I ordered. I feel cheated with the amount of meat that was in my bowl. The tuna fish was horrible. I asked the guy that was behind the counter how old was the tuna and he said he didn't know. He just clocked in. So sad..I will never visit here again and this is my first time here.

Where do I start. Order using the app. Waited for like 20 min cause yes it was a huge order….to see my order had been voided. Called the subway the gentleman told me it was the one on the Eastbank. I’m not from here. Checked number and address daughter called he told her the same thing. Called many other subways to track down order. Call this one again. Caleb answers the phone.. tell me that yea he saw my order but canceled my order, because he had to much to do. Now I ordered at 6:30pm it’s almost 7:30 pm. I asked what time he closed he said 8:00.. I said You have had over hour and half. He said and I quote “ I have better stuff to do than make ur sandwiches.” Now please remember it was a large money order well over 50. When I asked if my money would be refunded he said I don’t know will it. So yes Caleb if your reading this I will be calling in the morning to talk to your store manager and then calling the corporate office. Trust this I will never order from your store.

This Subway should be shut down. Both of our sandwiches were cold even though they were suppose to be toasted. The spinach on one sandwich (as pictured, it was like that when it was put on the sandwich) was a wilted, nasty color. The lettuce on the other was not any better. The bread was stale and the pickles on the 6in tasted sour.The lady who took our order was slow and quite old, and another slightly younger lady, came in mid-order kept giving each other nasty looks behind each others back and it made me super uncomfortable. Mid-order they received an online/app order and the older lady making my sandwiches got an attitude when the other lady was not there right as the order came in (like a few seconds, nothing crazy). ANYWAY, it was super uncomfortable and it felt like they really hated each other. Not a friendly environment.They also do NOT accept coupons, did not have any specials like the sandwich of the day, only had one tea, and everything looked really dirty.
