Every time I go to this location my food is never right if I order ahead. I like to get my rewards but I am tired of getting home to realize my food is not correct.

I am not sure, but the rotisserie chicken from the Subway in Avondale tastes better than this Subway. It has a different texture as well. It is shredded at the Avondale store, and at the location off Lapalco and Barataria, it is more cubed.

Didn't pay any real attention to my sub til I got home. The 12" sub looked like it was two crushed hot dog rolls sitting side by side. The bread tasted almost raw. It was nicely filled with tomatoes. I pulled the sandwich apart. Each side had 3-1/2 slices of each meat on it, some so thinly sliced you could almost see thru them. There are supposed to be 10 slices, each, of pepperoni and salami, per 12" sub. I threw the bread away, ate the meat, and tried calling. No phone. I called the nearby Subway store, who supposedly owns that Subway and was told the owner would call the next day. Never heard anything.

This is the 3rd time and the second location that I've ordered a Turkey Titan, which is supposed to have more meat than the regular Turkey sandwich, but I barely had enough meat to cover the bread! What is with you, Subway?! You charge me more money for more meat, but you have your workers renege on the transaction! False advertising at its best. ?

They definitely don't put enough meat. Not crazy about the bread.
The service was horrible, they are very short and snappy, The server does not pay attention to the customers request! Attitude throughout the whole ordering process and she put vinegar on my sandwich instead of the sweet sauce I asked for! These girls have no business working with the public until they take some classes on hospitality!

Dillion was awesome. He made my sandwich exactly as asked. The customer service was above and beyond...this is definitely one of my favorite subways to visit.
