I love their food but for the past two weeks the service has been a NO!!!! I ordered from DoorDash about a week ago , I ordered a shrimp and fries platter . Instead of the restaurant canceling the order, they accepted it and waited for the dasher to get there just to say they were out of shrimp and only wanted to give me a plate of fries. I canceled the order and was not able to receive a refund until 3 days later. Then today I ordered a 6 piece wing plate, the restaurant WASNT EVEN OPENED!!! But yet it states their business hours were opened. My dasher got to the restaurant and no one was there. I was not issued a full refund and this is the last time I will ever ordered from this we dats location.

highly disappointed, $40 for two 6pc wing meals and our wings were the size of a birds leg. I used to love this place, but now the price has gotten outrageous and the portions don’t match the price.

I get it if your chicken wing vendor was having an off season, but the correct thing would be to add a few more to make the plate worth it to your loyal customers

The WORST location in LA. Employees disregard the hours and close when they feel like. Employees watched me pull on the door while they turned off the lights to pretend they weren’t there. Don’t waste your time at this location. Customer service is also ?️

Food is off the chain. Wuzzam is a unique flavor. Cajun ranch fries are on point. I got the wings, fries and shrimp combo. Imo, food is good but portions is not worthy of price tag. I was left hungry and yearning for more after spending $19.25. (Wing, ranch fries and shrimps). Chicken used to be bigger before.
My daughter found this spot and when I tried the food!....I was unconscious! The fries ? and wings were banging ? this place hit the spot! ?

So disappointed, food was very hot (temperature wise) but it was not fresh, over or refried, greasy with almost no flavor. Shrimp were hard to chew and fried too much. I really was looking for a local restaurant I could pickup a seafood dish. I'm sorry but, but if I was at the restaurant I would return it. Tried to phone in but says no one can answer?

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! when we entered the restaurant had a WRETCHED SMELL, like spoiled shrimp. (pater found out it was some shrimp that had went bad - my fiance’s shrimp plate)the shared restroom door was wide open which made me not even want to sit in there. there was one half bald big guy working the register and making food (GROSS cause i don’t even think he washed his hands after handling money) ! he wasn’t friendly at all, he was drenched in sweat, dirty uniform shirt and no hair net, untrimmed facial hair! we spent $40 on 3plates and the shrimp WERE SPOILED! when you bite into it you immediately smell and taste the spoiled taste and thts the same smell the store had. this was on 3/22/23 . its a waste , i promise you. this place shouldn’t even be open so many violations

I spent 56.00 on wings and fries. Got home (less) than 4 minutes away and the fries were brown, cold, and hard. I didn’t bother to call them because I read other views about them not rectifying their wrongs. Business is business and today We Dats missed the mark. Good business is to not give customers old food! Hire staff who get it right the first time.

Ms.K is the best representation Westbank We Dats has had since they have open this location. Her overall professionalism and welcoming energy makes you want to order something just cause she is in the building. Employees that create environments for guest to enjoy even when the food fall short is rare. Shoutout to Ms.K! Cause the food alone ain't enough to make you stay!
