1 star for atmosphere because I use drive thru, lol. 5 stars for service because anytime I've gone here, they are always friendly, and professional. 1 star for food because the last time I went, they were out of lettuce and tomatoes.... HOW is this even possible?? This was around 6pm on a week day. And, there's ALWAYS an issue with the drinks. Just seems like they are always out of something. Management needs to get it together.

I ordered a classic bacon burger and queso fries. Burger had 1 patty and no toppings, fries had no queso and were so old and stale it chipped one of my teeth.

This is getting out of hand!!! Cooperate needs to shut this place down immediately because I’ve came here too many times and my order is messed up almost every time. Their always out of things, the inside is very dirty (smeared windows, nasty bathroom, tables not cleaned) who knows, do they even clean their dishes in the back?? It’s like the staff doesn’t even care, they need a new management or shut everything down, I waited about 10 minutes just to get asked what I wanted to eat, and my food was cold, people laughing in the back when I confronted them about it, I hope cooperate and the health department shut them down, do not spend your money over at 4959 lapalco!!!
This Wendy's is a must miss. The drive through is slower than going to the store and buying ingredients and driving home an hour away to make it. They refuse to take orders until they've cleared the prior order. Car after car just leaves drive through. Why corporate hasn't come in and cleaned house here I cannot fathom. Go next door to Chick-fil-A or Canes.

First and last experience at this Wendy’s. Stopped by for a quick lunch. After 5 minutes of waiting to order, I finally got to order. Wanted a chicken sandwich and a sprite. They had no soft drinks except Coke. So I said just a regular chicken sandwich, no drink. Got to the window, paid, and they asked me to pull up so it could clear their timer. There was no one behind me. 10 minutes later someone comes out and asks me and the guy in front of me what we had ordered. I said chicken sandwich. He asked if it was regular or spicy, I said regular, I can’t have spicy. Another 5 minutes passed and he brings my sandwich. I drive off, and when I go to eat it, it’s a spicy sandwich which I told him I did not want. I have sensitivities to spicy things so I couldn’t eat it and had to throw the whole thing out, after all that.

Hot and dirty. 1 guy made our food and served it to us. Took care of us. But the place was dirty and very hot! No AC or something. But that does not explain why an empty dining room has smeared windows and dirty tables. Not sure what's happening there but I've worked at Wendy's before and I've never seen one look like this. To the guy that went out of his way for me thank you so so much! You are truly an angel!
