This is ridiculous. Never eating here again. I ordered a big dinner box with two pizzas that were supposed to have barbecue sauce on each of them when the pizzas arrived there was no sauce at all only cheese and meat and that was it. since we didn’t have sauce on the pizzas, they gave us three honey barbecue cups to put on the pizza ourselves. …. If I wanted to do manual labor I could just apply and work here myself. Is this the chum bucket? The wings were also overcooked and old this is the last place I would ever recommend anyone eating at literally the worst food establishment on the face of the Earth. #pathetic #neveragain #ifispendmymoneyonsomethingIdeservewhatiordered

This is absolutely ridiculous!My food order was placed at 8:23pm, I got a text stating my food was out for delivery at 9:13.I live exactly 3 minutes away, my food wasn't delivery until 9:45.Completely soggy and disgusting.Called the # & of course it doesn't go to the store because it's not a working #. I'm completely dissatisfied

Hadn’t ordered pizza hut in so long decided to give it a shot. Had a hand-tossed pizza that was so thin and under cooked that it flopped down when eating it and it was sitting in a pool of grease in the box. Seems like they are taking the pizza out early or the oven temp is too low. Will not try again just giving everyone else a heads up just go to walmart and get a frozen pizza.

ordered on line.. order went through.. tracker stated in oven for over an hour.. went to pizza hut.. closed.. all lights are out.. call number corp stated they were open till 10.. not the case.. dont accept online ordering if you arent open..
I ordered ahead online and was given a time that my order would be ready. I drove to the store to pick up. I counted maybe 4-5 employees working. It took 5 minutes for them to even recognize that I was waiting. After giving my name for my order, it took another 10 minutes to receive my order. Why order ahead online when I still have to wait 10-15 minutes to get my order??

I ordered pizza for a house party I was having and decided to order from this place. The pizza came later than expected but the delivery girl was cute and the pizza tasted nice so I didn't really care that it was late. Although, I ordered pizza from here a second time and it actually arrived on time. I wanna eat inside this pizza hut sometime soon so I hope its good inside

Pizza Hut in Mathews , I placed my order at 5:15 pm and didn’t get my pizza until 7:15 pm . Door dash delivered it and he came from Houma !! Guess you have to go get it yourself! I don’t know which one is the worst Pizza Hut or Dominos

If they would cook it all the way through it would be nice. half the crust was uncooked. Last time I ate pizza from there about a year and a half ago it was the same thing. I thought being since they reopened it may be different. Nope, still greasy and still undercooked.....
