Canal Bank Club does exactly what a Louisiana lounge is supposed to do. It gives you that good old “ down on the Bayou “ vibe that Louisianans & Tourists adore.Located right next to water. With a Dock & Boat Launch. Don’t be surprised if you see as many boats, parked on the water side as there are cars on the land side. The lounge encompasses beautifully stained woods with a slightly rustic & spacious open air feel to it. It has lots of large TV screens and huge windows providing memorable views of sunsets and boats on the water. The lounge is very well stocked with an impressive variety of beer & liquor.A key note here: they have numerous bartenders serving customers from right in the center of the building. Which makes it a gem, because you can approach the bar from four different directions and order a cocktail or a beer. Therefore it doesn’t matter how crowded the place gets, you won’t have to wait too long to get a drink. There’s also plenty of room for dancing, conversing or even dining. The restaurant itself doesn’t really offer food. However, there are usually food trucks located outside that serve really delicious meals. There’s a well designed boat launch right outside. The lounge is also located next to a very busy highway in the “ off the beaten path” town of Maurepas, La. It’s very easy locate. But you will have to travel about 20 minutes to get there from a major Highway or Interstate. There are several high quality Pool Tables there as well.Canal Bank Club usually offers live entertainment on weekends from 4-7 pm.FYI , this is not a swamp bar that plays swamp pop music. It’s mostly upbeat rock ‘n’ roll and the customers love it that way. Think, Elvis, CCR, K.C. & The Sunshine Band, Journey, Eagles, Bob Seger.Parking: Boat Launch and Dock.

They're pricing themselves out of business. $20 launch fee.,... REALLY. We normally launch grab a couple drinks ect... Not any more. $20.00 to launch is ridiculous. I've been going there for many years. No more. Lost my business. Not that they really care.

Didn't visit the club actually. We paid to use the boat launch. It is one of the nicest launches in the area if not the top slot.
Bloody Mary special sat and Sunday till 2pm only 3 bucks plenty of veggies

Always a great time a extremely friendly staff. Live music every weekend and awesome atmosphere every day of the week. Parking lot can be a bit crowded, but don't let that stop you. Its very well organized between their boat launch and trailers, visitor vehicles (people out on boats), and active customers.Always had and will be a staple of the community.

People having fun. Lots of great dancers and Swamp Pop music. Only complaint is the smoking. Go non-smoking!
