We decided to try lunch at this place after seeing positive reviews on Facebook. I must say they were right. The food here is excellent. I ordered the Tortas/ Carne Asada, and my girlfriend ordered the Taco Salad. Both were excellent, very fresh, and delicious. the prices are very affordable. We were served chips and salsa while our food was being prepared, those too, were excellent. I will definitely be going back here.

Wow can’t believe Chalmette has a taqueria that’s actually good! Wow the best Al Paster I’ve had this year. Compared to el patron, El Paso, and coco taqueria’s dry meat. The meat is amazing!
I was told by many that the food and service was good. So we decided to try it out. Well didnt work for us. As soon as we Walked in the young man at the register instead had of saying Good-afternoon or hello as normal restaurant employees he said”YOU ORDER HERE! Not even in a pleasant tone. So we said OK My husband asked what do you have today he pointed up and said there is the Menu. Again not pleasant at all and of course on his phone. So we felt very unwelcome and turned around took our business to Burrito Grill where we were greeted and our order was taken at the table! It sucks because i was really looking forward to a new spot and near home. But with that hospitality maybe not! We didnt come to ask for free food or charity we were paying customers and deserve to be treated with courtesy ☺️
