Went to get breakfast. Got a coffee with my combo. Can home Took two sips of Coffee . The second one I had a bunch of coffee grounds in my mouth. Pour out the coffee this what I got . Looks like half of it was filled with Coffee grounds.

The employees here ignore people and they are very slow.The see u on the register and don't see you. They are very rude talk abt people that is on the drive thru and take the time.When I walked in they were having a conversation.

I visited this location, 1/24 at 1030 pm, my order was shoved out the window to me, so I sit and checked my order, fries was cold, meat was old. She was horrible, I asked the manager what was the employee name, the manager replied I’m not sure what her name is, but we call her Connie, she was talk black with a missing tooth. She have poor customer service skills, I was afraid to even talk to her. The way I was treated by this lady was traumatizing and unforgettable. And I do not think I will be returning to this location. I would love to meet with someone in upper management so I can tell them about my experience

I won't lie I go to Mc Donald's A LOT and I had a 1st happen to me....I ordered a cup of ice and was charged $1.99!!!! when I realized it I was at the pickup window and the lady did refund me but I swear $1.99 FOR ICE!!!!

The service was slow for "fast food", but they were very nice & apologetic abt it. Even upgraded my drink for no extra charge. But it did take almost 30 mins from the time I ordered at the kiosk till I walked out w/my food.

seriously... $5.35 for a ground coffee why in the presentation of the photo of a caramel frappe is it full of caramel in the glass... and well it literally only comes with sugar please mcronas don't be stingy if you are supposed to be a restaurant and everything is expensive for Why don't they sell something good???

First time in years that I've been into a Mc Donald's and had a good experience.Stopped in in my way to work and grabbed a burger, fries, and an Apple pie for dinner. Everything was right, hot, and actually wrapped and placed in the bag nicely. Total time in the store was under ten minutes.Staff was helpful and friendly and they seemed to be working well together. I was very pleasantly surprised.
